Our team work alongside our own small international team who specialise in hair collecting, sourcing the hair straight from the donor to ourselves. We receive the hair in a pony tail form, straight cut at the top, with no tipping, no chemical processing and no colouring. We then go through a quality control process, and once each bundle has ticked all the boxes, we send them off for tipping (and colouring for our coloured range) and receive them ready to be installed.

We keep the hair in the same pony tail that it was collected in, that way, each 25 grams you are wearing, is hair from one donor, which means you will have no tangling, no matting, and the hair will stay in its original condition for years.

We have had our hands on each strand that you apply in your client’s hair. We’ve looked at it, we have assessed it, we have confirmed it is suitable to have our name against it, and we have sold it to the customer to enjoy for a long time.

The true definition of ‘virgin hair’ is that the hair donated to us has never been chemically treated, coloured, or processed in any way. It has been cut straight from the donor’s hair, cleaned, packed, and sent directly to us to be turned into beautiful, natural and pure extensions. Extensions have never been sent to a factory to be bleached, coloured or altered in any way.

Virgin hair is completely natural, so colours and textures will never be consistent, and you can come across bundles that have different undertones or textures in comparison to another bundle—just like real hair. In fact, some bundles may also have grey hair in them.

We can guarantee to you that our hair is collected direct from Russia and sent to us in healthy raw tails. When it arrives, it is raw and in a myriad of different colours, lengths, textures and thicknesses which we then sort in our Sydney office and send off to get tipped and ready for installation.

Raw Virgin Russian Slavic Hair is different to processed hair as it is untreated and beautifully natural. And because it is so pure it can last anywhere between 3-4 years if it is looked after well—your customers can really make of their investment. Your customers will love that they can treat this hair as they would natural hair.

Our coloured Russian hair, can last between 12- 24 months before replacing, if it is well cared for and by following our aftercare guidelines.

Unlike mass market hair extensions, our hair is natural drawn, meaning our bundles were collected directly from the source and only very short hairs were removed. We cannot guarantee that each donor naturally had double drawn hair, but during our processing we only eliminate the very short hairs, and make the strands approximately 85-90% double drawn. This gives the strand a natural look, and helps us keep as much of this rare hair as possible. Every strand matters!

We recommend using natural shampoos that are paraben and sulfate-free.

Also, moisture/hydration is crucial to help prevent extensions from drying out. Heat protectors are also important.

Yes. Our specialists will have you either come in or book a phone appointment to discuss exactly what you’re after. We will discuss colour, length desired, thickness and texture. If we ask of you to come in for a colour match, it is because we will custom make a blend for you that will shadow your natural hair 100% and you will walk out with a set that looks exactly like your real hair.

At the consultation, we will also discuss price, the procedure, prepping for your appointment and maintenance involved after the extensions have been applied.

We have our very own rebonding specialists who will rebond and refresh your beads / keratin bonds set at every maintenance appointment. You will pay for the hair once, then after that you are only required to pay for the maintenance appointments.

Each method has its very own recommended timeframe to come back for a removal and reinstall depending on each individual client’s hair.

When choosing your desired method, you will ask the specialist consulting with you about how long you can have the extensions in for before booking a maintenance appointment.

Beads, tapes and wefts is generally the 8-10 week mark.

Bonds can be anywhere from 12-16 weeks.
