Our strong reputation for having the best hair is because our hair is collected direct from Russia and sent to us in healthy raw tails. When it arrives to us, they are in raw ponytails and in a myriad of different colours, lengths, textures and thicknesses which we then sort in our Sydney office and send off to get tipped and ready for installation.
